Founded by Mercedes AMG factory driver Jules Gounon and Bastien Ostian, JBR Management specialises in racing driver management for professionals and gentlemen. JBR provides driver coaching, physical and nutritional training, media preparation and more to help you improve as a driver.
JBR provides all the tools you need to maximise your potential as a professional or a gentleman racing driver. We work seamlessly from beginning to end with your goals in mind, from contact negotiations with teams to training and race preparation.
Nowadays, it takes more than just being fast to succeed. Using our years of experience and expertise in the world of racing, JBR helps drivers climb the motorsport ladder while acquiring key off-track skills. Our drivers learn how to become leaders as well as team players. They gain crucial car set-up information and media expertise in dealing with difficult interview questions.
