Included in our annual fee, JBR organises two driver training camps during the year.
The first training camp begins before the season to evaluate our drivers’ fitness levels, set goals to reach before the start of the season as well as create objectives for the year ahead.
A second training camp takes place during the summer break to once again see where the fitness levels are at, assess the first half of the season and lay foundations for the second half.
Driver training camps will delve into a variety of areas: diet advice, understanding of car set-up, fitness training sessions as well as endurance driver coaching.
